On the topic of 9th Wonder, here’s one of my favorite beats in his catalogue. It’s actually one of the first I’ve heard of his before even his stuff with Little Brother and the Justus League when he used to upload them to Soundclick. Fast forward to today with his clientele including Jay-Z, Destiny’s Child, and now Ludacris; it’s crazy seeing his growth as a producer bringing back the boom-bap sound reminiscent of the 90’s.
